"I wanted to share an amazing experience I had with communicating with Lisa.
I had a face painter booked who had unfortunately broke her leg. So I reached out to Lisa to see if she was available. Unfortunately she wasn’t. But she didn’t just end it there, she said she would see if she could find anyone else who might be available.
AND she did! She was able to find another artist who was free. Which I know was not easy because everyone is booked and busy with Halloween and birthdays, etc.. she didn’t have to do that. She could have just left it at that she wasn’t available. But she raised the bar in custom service. Thank you Lisa!!"
